Capacity: Flights are operated in balloons with a maximum capacity of 32 people.
Duration: The flight usually lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on weather conditions and wind direction.
Itinerary: Our private shuttle will pick you up from your hotel at least 1 hour in advance. Upon arrival at the launch area, you can watch the preparation of the balloons.
The Flight: Ascend at sunrise to enjoy breathtaking bird's-eye views of Goreme's unique fairy chimneys, tuff rocks, valleys, and lush vineyards.

Schedule & Weather: Flights take place early in the morning, every day of the year, and are completely customized based on the day’s weather conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Money Back Guarantee): If flights are canceled due to weather, your booking will be postponed to the next morning if available, or you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will also receive a full refund.
Payment: The remaining amount must be paid one day before or on the day of the tour. Please note that an extra €15 commission per person applies for credit card payments.
Safety & Crew: We have been serving Cappadocia since 2010. Our pilots are highly qualified, holding PPL & SPL licenses with over 1,000 hours of flight experience.
What to Wear: We strongly recommend wearing long trousers, long-sleeved tops, and comfortable footwear.
Age & Health Restrictions:
- Children under 5 are not allowed to fly.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Pregnant guests and those who have recently undergone major surgery cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.
Early Booking: Balloon flights are strictly regulated by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority, with a maximum of 2,000 spots available daily. Early booking is essential to secure your place and access the best prices.
